Following the latest government announcement we want to reassure customers that still need to travel with us during lockdown that we will be operating a full service during this time. This will be kept under review, should there be any updates to guidelines over the next 4 weeks.
However the decision has been made to close the NET travel centre from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December.
We are dedicated in continuing to support our customers and therefore all our services currently provided through our travel centre will continue to be available to our customers via the following contact methods.

As always the safety of our customers is of extreme importance and we will continue to provide thorough cleaning of our trams and tram stop set out designated seating on board each tram and provide contactless payment options through our app NETGO!.
We ask that customers follow the Safer Travel Guidance when travelling with us.
